RELX devices maintenance guide (v8)
RELX devices advice for Bahamas, covering taste profile, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Anyone who has compared relx devices options in Bahamas quickly learns that specification lists only tell part of the story. Worth noting that the magnetic contact takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below.
Finding the right relx devices in Bahamas is easier than most catalogues make it sound. Comparing this against a 40:60 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume.
Charging over Type-C fast charge takes about 54 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries. Two things to check before ordering: the Type-C fast charge socket on the base and whether the 1.0 Ω mesh coil is the newer generation. Battery behaviour is where the RELX Pro earns its keep: the 800 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 60 and recharges over Type-C fast charge.
Replacement coils are widely available, and the 1.0 Ω mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own. What surprised us most was how little the 1.0 Ω mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 40:60 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber.
If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 40:60 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly. Pricing in Bahamas shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current BSD rates rather than a fixed list price.
Worth noting that the magnetic contact takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. For first-time buyers, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Frozen Berry Sorbet: sweet, icy, described as cold berry inhale with a soft exhale. On a 40:60 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 1.0 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Bahamas
Availability in Bahamas is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 1.0 Ω mesh and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the magnetic contact matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and BSD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
If any of the above addresses what you were trying to solve, the rest of the pages in this section cover it in more detail.
